6 Week HOME BASED Booty Program that gets progressively harder for the best results possible. Designed for people who are starting out and want to make Booty gains without having to go to the gym. Major focus is building your Lower Body but I also tailored the program to see changes overall such include mobility work and much more! Guided videos and grocery list are in the course. Ab workouts to Strengthen your mid section are included. Special Email for one on one contact is provided as well. (Pair of Dumbbells & Resistance Band are needed) If you don't have them it's completely fine! Follow along without them.
